J&D’s Sensway® metering has a wide range of communication technology for industrial and commercial billing as well as for household customers.
We have the right communication solution for every application : from LTE modem and Wi-SUN/Wi-Fi modem for wireless smart metering,
Modbus TCP/RTU and CAN bus for wired smart metering, to highly secure smart meter gateway for smart meter rollouts.
For example, you can connect to Microsoft Azure service using LTE Cat.M1, transmit smart meter data to the cloud, and perform monitoring.

Model:Sensway LTE Modem
Sensway LTE Modem is a device that transmits electricity, water, gas or other utility data collected from multiple meters and field sensors in the facility to the upper server system using LTE Cat.M1 communication method.
The LTE modem is a modular type and can be attached to or detached from the meter and gateway.
Model:Sensway Sun Modem
The Sensway SUN Modem is a device that collects and delivers aggregated electricity, water, gas, or other utility data from multiple meters and field sensors in your facility to a gateway. As a 917MHz band product, short-distance wireless communication between meters and gateway products is possible.

As communication devices for connected measurements and additional equipment, they are indispensable for future smart metering.
Sensway-SMGW is an intelligent data collection server and gateway designed to collect electricity, water, gas or other utility data aggregated from multiple meters and field sensors in a facility and transmit it to the server over an LTE wireless network.
It is compatible with all Sensway meters and third-party devices and stores data locally until ready to be distributed to a remote server or controller over an IP-based network.
A built-in web interface allows simple monitoring of vital energy data from all connected devices to facilitate real-time decision-making and management.
